Description
In the meditation and mindfulness teacher training, you will learn the skills and acquire the knowledge you need to teach others the practice of meditation and mindfulness. It doesn’t matter if you’ve just started out with meditation yourself; there is no experience required to take this training. It is perfect additional training for anyone working in health and mental care or related areas, like life coaches, yoga teachers, alternative therapists, counselors, or other health professionals. But really, anyone who is interested in learning more about meditation and mindfulness practice can benefit from this training.
The first few sections of this course are taught as if you are the student you will be teaching in the future, so you can experience what your students will encounter later on. These sections include the benefits as well as the challenges and obstacles in meditation and mindfulness practice. Later in the course, you will learn how to instruct different meditation techniques and create your own meditation scripts. You will also gain some information about various mindfulness-based programs.
