About Course

In the meditation and mindfulness teacher training, you will learn the skills and acquire the knowledge you need to teach others the practice of meditation and mindfulness. Everything you learn in this course is based on scientific research.
The first few sections of this course are taught as if you are the student you will be teaching in the future, so you can experience what your students will encounter later on. These sections include the benefits as well as the challenges and obstacles in meditation and mindfulness practice. Later in the course, you will learn how to instruct different meditation techniques and create your own meditation scripts. You will also gain some information about various mindfulness-based programs.
In this meditation teacher training, there will be a multiple-choice quiz at the end of each of the six sections. Passing the quiz allows you to access the next section. You can retake the test as often as you need to pass, so there is no need for pressure or anxiety. Once you’ve watched all videos and completed all tests, you will receive your training certificate.
